Unknown charges added in bill - ref: subsserv_fulltrack iplay

Hi,

I've Airtel data card. In the bills there are charges for value added charges. I don't want any other value added services from now.
The value added services i.e for subsserv_fulltrack is not used by me.
Request to provide means to stop this hidden charges raised by service provider.

    Hi,
    My services for landline n broadband was suspended due to non payment of Bill from last 2 weeks! Today got the bill in which you have included the full amount and charges for services that were not used by me!
    This is not done! Why should I pay for something that I have not used!
    I am airtel user from about 8 years from now and this is not fair to do with your customers who are long term users of your services!
