"Rachel" cold called me & as this happens frequently i pressed to 1 to "speak to a customer representative so i could ask who was on the other end, their location and to tell her i am on the "Do Not Call" list, and to tell them i am going to call my State's AG Consumer Affairs Division, which i will do tomorrow.
