NOT REFUNDING,NOR CONTACTING AND ANSWERING CALLS , AND THEY CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON

Flights has been cancelled and it has been a month now, no one contacted us back got 3 tickets from the, they are not responding and they have charged on my account few days ago without telling me or contacting me.
