I think this is a scam. No name of creditor or phone number to call

This Federal Collection LLC needs to be investigated. there is no creditor name, address or phone number, just a threat of a garnishment. Supposedly about a loan of $1085.00. The only loan I have now is paid before its due. I think their trying to scare people out of their money.
