Z4 Ring

OMG !!!! I just read so many reviews and now I am scared to death if I will really receive my order I am new to online purchasing ...but after reading all these reviews ..when I placed my order last Thursday night the payment came out immediately from my account but the next day when I tried to track my order with the order number someone else's account came up with the same number . I got very worried and tried calling the company but they never answered so I called Telebrands and they said my order has left.

It is now a week since I purchased is this company real or a hoax ...?????? If anyone has any advice on what step I should take I would love to get any...please !!!!
