This company and Budget Savers have led me to cancel my checking and savings account as well as dispute the charges.

Budget savers is sending a "7-10" day form that I will need to fill out, and "Best Bnfts" is unreachable as the "888-682-2434" has me listen to useless information pressing 1 three times then asking that I enter my membership number that's listed on my bank statement.  However, upon entering this number "Best bnfts" loops and asks for this information again.

As an unemployed student, any sum of money missing from an account is devastating and companies like this are the scum of the earth

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the checking account or block the card number due to fraud, to prevent continued fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and make sure they get it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to dispute under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.  Your bank can reverse unauthorized or fraudulent charges.

Do not depend on some "dispute form" when dealing with unauthorized charges.  They may be attempting to delay your bank dispute beyond the 60 day federal law dispute period, after which they know your bank may no longer reverse the charges.

Wachvoia is evidently part of the problem in these situations.  Despite being the medium for financial transactions they had NO IDEA who these people were; they had no name or address on file.  No Name or Address, that is 100% audacious.  A simple phone call asking for DOB and knowledge of the account number were all it took  for this 'company' to withdrawl fraudualent charges on a monthly basis.

In addition, no one at our bank informed us of the need to dispute charges BEFORE closing the account (to prevent further charges).  Luckily, the bank finally cracked under the pressure/thread of filing official complaints with the FTC, (etc) and are launching an investigation into the matter.

If someone EVER calls you whom you do not know, DO NOT ANSWER, DO NOT LISTEN, DO NOT BE A NICE PERSON; they're out to steal.

I just called the  800 number, I wanted to also cancel my account as I did not sign up for their services, no did I receive any information in the mail that I had been signed up. But to cancel your account as soon as you press 1 for english you need to press 0 (zero) this will take to you to membership options, once you get to the cancel portion you will need a copy of you bank statement, when it askes for your membership ID enter the number with a Q in front of it, this will cancel your member ship. ive done this with 2 companies so far and seriously considering canceling my debit card. Hope this helps.
