Jeff Paul Connection?

i recently fell for the Jeff Paul scam and found out about it right after i placed the order...i waited a few weeks till i received the package then paid 7.00 to ship it back....i recently checked my bank account and saw that they had refunded me the 39.95 that i paid....now today i checked my account and found a 16.95 charge from a company called WC *Value-Plus V....i never ordered anything from this company nor ever heard anything about this company...i think their may be a connection with Jeff Paul...can anyone give me advice on what to do?
