Respected Sir/Madam, Actually i had got deducted 5 Rs. from my balance on 19th of this month for playing game on igmobi as i had got a message. On the other hand i didn't even browse the internet between 17th, 18th and 19th. For which i m trying to call from that same day on Customer Care but failed to get Connected. I am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number 9975738601 and I am being charged Rs20/- per week for the services which I never got activated. I weekly receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.20/-.Enjoy http://igmobi.com. I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. please help me into the matter, thanks
