I did start a process to travel to India for medical treatment and online I found forerunners health care run by Dr Bojwani to be treated in Apollo New Delhi; and we did agree to pay 8000 US dollars for 9 days treatment at hospital and 7 days at hotel. Everything was done appropriately by our part and my mom traveled to India for the treatment. Mr Saint Bahri Bojwani assistant Phone number is 0091 93713 92088 received them at the airport. He told us the admission to the Apollo hospital has been successful and My Mom will phone me the next day as she was tired and sleepless, Mr Saint gave us room number where my mom was admitted .Our effort to contact with my mom was unsuccessful ,We tried for two days to reach my mom but was impossible. All our call to Dr Bojwani never been returned either. On the third day finally we got in touch with him to find out she was admitted at Arthemis heath institute. Totally surprise and shocked for us and we asked him to talk to them .He gave us a phone number 919971254079 with the name of Jennifer who answers Apollo and she communicated me my mom. We were glad she was ok but very disappointed with the whole situation and the lie. That not to mention we gave a deposit 30 %.We had to pay another 8000 and transfer my mom to Apollo New Delhi and gets the treatment. I believe I have to address to you. We have the evidence to prove it.

It is with immense disappointment, distress and annoyance that I submit this complaint to you and your Association. I am an international patient from Canada, and September 2008 I came to Mumbai, India to have dental implants and restorations at Citizen Dental clinic (www.citizendentalclinic.com), by Dr. Anand Krishnamurthy through the company, Forerunner Healthcare (www.forerunnershealthcare.com) which operates by Dr. Bojwani Dheeraj. Dr. Anand had charged me 10 implants, but the recent X-ray taking by my local Oral and Maxillary surgeon showed only 9 implants. As per contract before I came to Mumbai, my dental implants were supposed to be Zimmer dental implant system, but Dr. Anand had replaced it by Equinox, Uniti system without telling me in advance or my consent. As you know the Uniti, Equinox from Holland is not even FDA registered. My restorations were supposed to be Procera, and Dr. Anand finished them by something else.

Last week I saw a couple of cosmetic surgery press releases and videos of forerunners on yahoo. I had planned to call Dr.Bojwani for a face lift. Thank you good heavens to save me from clutches of forerunners in proper time.

He charged me for 10 implants, but the recent X-ray taking by my local Oral and Maxillary surgeon showed only 9 implants. As per the contract before I went to Mumbai, my dental implants were supposed to be Zimmer dental implant system, but Dr. Anand had replaced it by Equinox, Uniti system from Holland which is not even FDA registered. I was never informed in advance that an inferior product would be used instead. My restoration was supposed to be Procera, and Dr. Anand finished them with something else. When placing the implants on my bottom right jaw, carelessly Dr. Krishnamurthy has damaged my nerve on this area and I still suffered from it until now.
A couple months after the dental implants procedure, I made appointment with Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon for a regular check up to make sure everything is fine. By looking at the digital image, my local dentist told me the implants are not Zimmer system but something else.
I emailed Dr. Anand in Mumbai and he admitted that he had used The Uniti Equinox system instead. He assured me that "Uniti implants from Equinox, Holland which are the best for aesthetic restorations, and come in wide diameter which are good for long term predictability". I was quoted and paid for the Zimmer and in return I got Uniti Equinox. In addition Dr. Anand told me he had both Zimmer and Eqninox implants parts in his clinic, but he decided to use Eqninox because "they are best for me". I had emailed Zimmer dental implants head office to verify what he had said. Weston Pettersen, Int'l Sales Manager – Asia Pacific, from Zimmer had replied to my email and confirmed that Dr.Anand never places any orders from Zimmer.
I would imagine this is not the first time that Dr. Krishnamurthy and the Forerunner Health Company have been dishonest to their customers. They advertised the
Zimmer dental implants system, and then used an inferior brand instead. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to Dr. Anand and Forerunner Healthcare and requested them to have a clear answer for their wrong doing, but there is not a single replying to date yet from Dr. Anand. In total I had paid $679,000 INR (six hundreds and seventy-nine thousand Rupees) to Dr. Anand. I have still kept all my emails and receipts from Dr. Anand.
I want to send all the receipt to Indian income tax department to report those people. Could you help me to provide me all the address or email? Thanks.
I would surely like to help you. Dr Dheeraj's e-mail add is dheeraj555@gmail.com he operates all his bussines transcations from this e-maill add. I hope some legal action will be taken against him for such an act.
I would suggest you to register a complaint against such fraudulant companies. WHy dont you seek help from your embassy in Dlehi and register a complaint against them. This will be speedy and will ensure that you guys get the right compensation and will refrain such companies from cheating others.

Forerunners Healthcare contacted XYHD.tv because of content which was appearing on Instameme.com. Dheeraj Bojwani asked that we remove the content which he said painted him in a bad light. In truth the content didn’t paint him in any light at all. But I thought I would take this opportunity to point out that Health Tourism is dangerous.
Healthcare in other countries may seem cheap, and worth leaving the US to take advantage of, but you have to be wary or you will be taken advantage of instead. Depending on the country you are visiting you may or may not have any rights in that country in the event anything goes wrong. Part of the cost of Healthcare in the US is that doctors carry malpractice and other insurance. When you get health care in India, like Forerunners Healthcare offers, then you run the risk that if anything does go wrong you have no legal recourse, and no insurance company to settle complaints with.
Forerunnershealth.com talks in broken English about the benefits of healthcare in India. But the poorly translated site demonstrates one of the biggest problems with leaving your home country to get treatment, Understanding. A common complaint with even doctors of foreign nationality in the US is that the patient often doesn’t get easy to understand answers to questions, and is likely to ask fewer questions if the doctor’s English is poor.
If you can’t afford a procedure in the US, leaving the country is likely going to make things worse not better.
As illustrated by this person’s complaint against ForerunnersHealthcare.com when you get to the other country you may not get the services you paid for, or they may scam you for additional fees.

Get your healthcare from a reliable physician in your home country. Healthcare Tourism is fine state to state, but leaving the US opens you to risk. And while that risk might be lower in the UK or Australia, India is not the place to go.

I am Sanit who has worked at forerunners healthcare for a long time. I am innocent, we are patient coordinators and caretakers we do what we are told by our boss and seniors. dheeraj bojwani has cheated many people before this he has embezzled lots of unauthorized money from patients. He keeps his unauthorised money in his online paypal account. Not sure whether he is paying professional tax to govt of India or not.

My story about Forerunner Healthcare are true. I just want to share my bad experiences about doing bussiness with this company to other people. I don't want to see any victim like me to get hook by this bad company. I am glad that your treatment is a successful one. You are one of the lucky person. I just want to warm people who want to have treatments overseas like me to think about it twice or do more research before decide to do so. There are no need to be mad about other people to share there experiences. It is people's choice to listen or not. However, the truth is the truth.
