They are running a "discount club" scam, getting consumer account information from other merchants you may have used through deception.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close and block the account due to fraud to prevent addional fraudulent charges. Do this immediately, since to dispute under FRB Reg. E (for checking accounts) or FCBA (for credit cards), you MUST dispute with your bank within 60 days of the sttement date of the statement showing the disputed charges. Your bank can reverse fraudulent or unauthorized charges if you dispute promptly.
This and similar companies are under investigation by the Senate Commerce Committee, and the New York Attorney General. This type of fraud has apparently become a billion dollar "industry".
Typically, their marketing partners launch a pop-up as you are about to authorize a charge, offering some "discount" that may appear to be associated with the merchant you are actually buying through, and use that deceptively obtained "authorization" as the basis for getting your account information from the merchant you are buying from. VISA recently tightened up their merchant rules requiring that all such pop-ups must obtain your credit card number fresh, rather than allowing just a click to pass it from some earlier entry you had made.
