Unauthorized shipments of Instaflex

I sent for a "Free-Trial" for Instaflex for $4.99 and received it.  I tried it and it was not helping me.. My accountant questioned the payment for the free-trial charge and I did received the shipment. The new charge appeared on the next month's bill without my authorization and I tried calling Instaflex at 1-877-869-3310 but can't get an answer.  Today, January 7, 2012, at 9:51AM, I called again and spoke with a gentleman, who did not give his name when I asked, and told him I did not authorized any new shipment of the pills and that the pills did not help me and I want to  cancel all future charges ande shipments of Instaflex.  The gentleman veried my my name, address, zip code and telephone number and told me that he will cancel the shipments right away. I will appreciate it very much when I see that the cancellation is done.
