Dear Sir,
We have purchased 2 Nos. of Onida Spilit AC with M/s. Rathna Cools Pvt Ltd., Chennai vide their Invoice No. 7327/07.2013. those are installed at tuticorin site office, From last 2 months onwards we are made complaint with Tirunelveli Office to attend the complaint. Till date not they have not attend the same.
