I have been in a dispute with CheapoAir for 3 months. We missed a flight after the train system in Paris rerouted airport service on October 6. Flight insurance didn't cover it. Air France tried to reticket us. After more than an hour, they told us that CheapoAir tickets could not be modified by them. Cheaop refused to reticket us but offered to sell us two additional round trip tickets as the cheapest option.
Upon our return, after multiple complaints through multiple people, each telling us a different story, the ultimate burn was them telling us that Air France was to blame for not reticketing us. Of course, no refund or compensation of any kind was offered.
I will never deal with CheapoAir again, ever, for any reason. The slightest opportunity to bail on their "promises" will cost you double the "bargain" price you thought you were getting.
Do yourself a huge favor and find another source for air travel reservations.

    Thats True. I have also had a very bad experience with Cheapoair.com. They gave false information to me and finally said i cannot fly and had to buy a new ticket.

    Cheating company.

    Don't trust Cheapoair. It seems it is using an other agency to book their tickets. They are not directly dealing with the airlines.

    In my point of view Cheapoair is a fraud company!
