hate LA fitness

Went to the location on rd.to six flags and center in Arlington tx. Worst service ever. The manager, Anthony, total [***]. Pardon my words, but I work retail/customer service, and this is not the professional customer service to provide anyone, not even animals. I had come in because friends of my referred me to the gentlemen who signed them up. A guy named Sharif show had delivered great service and had a high reputation at that location by everyone. I came in looking forward to this person. Then I was rudely ignored by the manager when I asked for this person. I didn't like his attitude so I asked for someone else. He then said that if I wasnt gonna let him help me than no one was gonna help me. I was so angry that I decided to walk out. I then came back to ask the front desk girl for that mans name and asked where was Sharif. She said he was fired and other members actually stepped in and defended the man I wanted to come see. I am still disgusted by the service provided by this establishment. I am gathering everyone I know to withdraw their memberships as are most guest with the firing of the only employee who actually delivered great service. Such a shame.
