It's a cramming scam.
Either some shady merchant you might have ordered from passed your info to them, or they made a typo and fraudulently charged you instead of their intended sucker.
If you didn't authorize it, dispute it through your bank as fraudulent, and block your card number or close your account to prevent additional fraud. Your bank can reverse it if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
