Refrigerator (kitchen)

Unbelievable!!   My refrigerator went our 12/2/16.  Tech. came out to fix problem 12/3/16.  It was the compressor.  Called  back 12/4/16 and same tech. returned.  This time he stated that the refrigerator was not repairable.  I called AHS and that was when the nightmare began.  I have been giving telephone numbers & websites to call and when I follow these instruction I'm either on hold for an hour or more or the website is not helpful.  I have ended up renting a refrigerator; but in the meantime I''m still trying to reach the "option" operator where they are suppose to give me an option of replacing or paying me for the refrigerator.  According to the contract, I have 30 to contact them regarding this issue.  I really think they are trying to out wait me.  What do you think???  I can be reached thru my e-mail.
