Theft at the fitness center and unprofessional General Manager

My locker was broken into in the Gym and my watch and wedding ring stolen. I reported the theft to the General Manager Cherie Parrish. To my surprise, she laughed and said that I was the third person that day to report break in to the gym locker!!!! I do understand the personal liability, but I also expected that the Fitness Center GM would do something about reducing or eliminating such serious problems.

Again to my surprise, the GM, laughed at my face and told me that 'it is your problem'. She said if I was unhappy she would terminate my membership. I had been a member with Bally s' for over 23 years and had never seen such an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I am not going back to Blast Fitness and would make sure to let others know about my horrible experience with them.
