no delivery of trial offer

i ordered the trial offer on March 08/12 and as of today have yet to receive the trial offer that I was told by one of your reps,had indeed arrived here,in Canada.Still waiting and it is April 11/12.Odviously,not a reliable company to  be dealing with and would find it very hard to conduct any future business with your company.NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!!Word of mouth is THE worst type of advertising!!!!!!
