I purchased Eureka forbes Aquaguard water filter(RO) in the last month within one month the water filter is not working I made a complaint in customercare No.39883333. One of the Executive attended the Phone call whereas she didn't gave any complaint Number instead she informed that the complaint Number will be sent thro' SMS. So far I have not received any SMS

    As soon as the complaint is booked the complaint Number also can be provided then only it is easy to inform the Technician who will come to attend the complaint. And also the comlaint is to be attended within a day then only the product can be recommended to the Neighbours and friends. Please try to give Good Service.
