PAIN IN THE...

I ordered this product via Guthy Renker.  The "customer service" rep DID tell me if not satisfied, I would get my money back... which hey (as they say) I had nothing to lose right?  (They happened to leave out the part that my account would be automatically charged over $100 on a regular basis).  After trying WEN for 2 weeks,  I gave up, it was not the right product for my hair.  So I returned the product as per their instructions.  A few weeks later I received another WEN package, & after calling... I was told to return that too, & they would "take care of it".  Well,  it took 9 months for them to "take care of it",  they kept sending, I kept returning, AND THEY KEPT CHARGING!  Long story short, it's finally over... Only because I took care of it, I got a new account (as per my credit card co.'s advice), the SCAM was finally over, GR/WEN stopped sending the product because they no longer could access my account.  NEVER, EVER, EVER, order through this company... they still have not credited me all their charges!
