thought i was purchasing antivirus wear. never recived it and was charged 29 and 39 dollars.  cedit card company  has no idea how to get a hold of this company. and niether do i HELP

    Other similar complaints starting recently in Aug. 2008 from all over the world, involving fraudulent or unauthorized charges, no product delivered, repeated charges, etc.  A number of consumers are reporting charges showing up without even any contact with the "company".  The "product" appears to be similar to other phony on-line "viruses detected on your PC, but our product can fix it" scams.

    All reports are that there is no way to reach the "company" to dispute erroneous charges, either via phone number appearing associated with the charge, or via other numbers tracked down by consumers' banks.

    Dispute it in writing with your CC company as a fraudulent charge, and close the account immediately to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

    I am another victim of this scam.  I have been billed for 2 charges for some bogus anti-virus software.  I have cancelled my credit card and the card company is working with me to credit my account.  I am concerned what other information they could have of mine and is there anything else I should do.  I can't cancel this under allbilling.net because they want my credit card information and there is no phone number.  Any suggestions

    This is Fraud. Don't count on any satisfaction, but bug hell out of these thiefs by emailing;   support@mainbillingcenter.com   Also, I did contact them by calling 1-888-452-5868. When I ask for a refund, they sent me an email. That started the run-around. Good Luck

    I too got caught by this one.  Am trying to get the charge of $49.95 removed from my credit card account.  I recieved this bogus software through a malware email supposedly sent by UPS with an invoice number.  DO NOT OPEN THE INVOICE.  This is a vicious virus, which thoroughly infected my laptop.

    I was also caught on august the 8th ,
    problems with my virus scanner and  was creditted 3 times  , 49,95    29,95 and again 29,25

    so nobody knows whot to do   to stop this fraude ?

    Plus my pc is still  infected

    Thought I was buying a good antivirus - stated 69.99 - but was charged 79.99, 24.99 and 19.99.  I have a pre-paid card, so I will never get my money back.  But did find a good anti-spyware that removed the antivirus 2009.

    By me they catch 7.05 euro from my creditcard and I have never heard about
    the company. Does the company exist?

    I too tried this software with HOPE it would resolve problems. It created problems since it came WITH A VIRUS.

    I am now out 49.95, 24.95, 49.95 and being honest with the bank, they will not reverse the charges since i ordered it.

    Not to mention it has the appearance of Microsoft which is very misleading.

    I have got caught with this one thinking it was from Microsoft and got billed for three items.  I realised straight away when I saw 3 payments had been charged to my account, that it was fraud -  as there was no number in the UK to ring I rang my Credit Card Company to ask them to reverse the items.  I am still working on getting a refund as they have appeared on my credit card.  This was on the 4 August 2008.  I have cancelled my previous credit card and been issued with a new card.

    I have also been charged three times for antivirus, £81.47, a £25.42 and a £20.32. although i did get the software it didnt work and just seemed to mess up my computer.

    yes they got me 2 the conning b*****ds and theres nothing you can do about it except report it straight away 2 ure card company insisting that they block or cancel ure card for u ,get them 2 report it 2 there fraud dept and hope that they may be able 2 get ure money back,gd luck .

    My parents just got their CC statement with charges of 29, 39 , and 59 ll from Aug 11, 2008. They called and complained to the CC company who cancelled the credit card, credited the account and issued a new card. Most CC's have fraud protection on them , so dont let the companies get away with it.

    I have also been charged three times for antivirus, trying to get panda virus. Never recived it, but instead a virus and someone steling my account nr.
    Now i got panda and they remowed microsoft antivirus 2009

    When i purhased XP Antivirus 2008 i also found that it didn't do anything and managed to 'delete' it self from the computer once restarting. They also had other programs ticked for purchasing when i went through the checkout. I think it was called Alphawipe. I rang up my bank and went to the credit card disputes. If you don't get something that you were assured to be given some banks will give you back the money. My dispute lasted 30 days in pending as they contacted Allbilling.Net for relevent data on the purchase and products. Apparently if it is not consistant with thier data the bank will give it back. Hopefully other banks are as honourable.

    it appears that the three charges you see are for a 3 year subscription. each year charged separatly. this is apparently the fine print. while the whole thing is a scam - moral of the story is - dont give your credit card details to a pop-up.

    I've joinned the club in being scammed by Allbilling.net.  I received a message saying I could update program - when I did, suddenly my computer was flooded with supposed Trojan virus, the recommendation was to download a program that appeared to be XP from Microsoft. After 3 attempts, nothing happened. The following morning my credit card company notified me of the charges and said it was "fraud."  Now the credit card company says I must pay as that they feel the charges are legitimate. You'd certainly think a company like Wachovia would be aware of this fraud, but it seems to me by saying the charges are legitimate, they stand to collect a fee from both parties - me and Allbilling.net - what I wonder is why I'm not believed but allbilling.net is (in light of the huge number of complaints against them and all of the same nature).

    the banks dont get chargebacks for these transactions. you giving your credit card details to these people makes it a legitimate transation. and the banks or credit card companies have to write it off as a loss. they are also aware that this is a scam but there is nothing they can do if people want to give out their credit card details.

    The pop ups from the bogus antispyware co. eventually crashed my pc. I had already paid for the antispyware but the activation code was inoperable.
    My credit card statement showed the charge but there were also further transactions which were unauthorised.
    ANYBODY WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY ANYBILL.NET SHOULD ALSO LOOK OUT FOR ONEBILL.COM WHICH IS THE SANE OUTFIT. BEST TO CLOSE YOUR CARD AND ASK YOUR BANK TO issue ANOTHER WITH A DIFFERENT NO. AND CODE

    il 30 luglio 2008 avete ricevuti quattro accrediiti di Euro 24,95; 29,95; 39,95; e 39,95, pari aE. 184,75 per errore.
    Poichè non avete, a tutt'oggi, restituito detto importo, non dovuto, in data odierna ho dato incarico al mio avvocato per denunciarvi per truffa.
    Per esperianza so che i ladri non restituiscono il bottino, quindi, sono certo che anche nel mio caso finirà lettera morta.
