i was in nerja, spain in May 2008, and was approached by a woman giving free scratch cards my partner and i agreed to go with them,
when we listened to there pitch for over 4 hours we reluctinly signed up to a deal that they said would be £76 per month dd to them and after 3 years we could claim this back via a cashback offer,
They advised they would sort everything out and all we had to do was pay them each month and we would get cheap holidays and luxuary holidays for the price we are paying now for self ctering,
they tried to get us a loan but it was costing more than they said so they advised that we would have to find one ourself to cover the cost of the package £6950 less £200 deposit we paid on the day,
due to my partner not being on the electrol roll they would not give us a loan therefore i emailed euromarketing and explained this and they then offered a cheaper package i advised this is not what we signed up for and as they could not provide us with what was agreed then i wanted to cancel they advised that i could not cancel as they say this is a legally binding contract and now they have since sent a letter advising they have passed this to there solicitor to deal with via spanish courts and i need to get a solictior who deals in spanish law, now i am looking a solictior to deal, any help or info would be great on this.
thanks
