Warranty not honored

December 2015 I spent approximately $10,000 total on furniture and warranties at the Elston location. Mechanical 3 piece sofa was $2677 plus $589 on leather protection and Complete Care Warranty which I was told would cover any damage to the recliner mechanism or the leather.  I was apprehensive in purchasing furniture with a mechanical mechanism.  The 5 year warranty was supposed to cover any damage to the pieces even if it was through my own fault.  May of 2018 one of the pieces was damaged through no fault of mine.  The service sent someone to repair which they replaced a piece of broken wood, which they said was not through my fault.  A couple months later it was worst.  Another repairman came out and said the previous replacement of wood was cut incorrectly which caused the mechanism to bend.  He said he would write up the ticket to replace the mechanism or the piece of furniture.  He showed me his write up.  I asked for a copy and he said he ‘could not give it to me’.   Service was supposed to call me.  They never did.  When speaking to warranty dept, they never received the write up I saw (and couldn’t get a copy of), their explanation from the service man was totally different from what I saw him write.  They stated ‘as a courtesy’ they would order another mechanism.  After not hearing from them and having to call repeatedly, months later I was told the mechanism no longer exists.  I said I was supposed to get the piece replaced.  Warranty service said sorry they were ordering the mechanism ‘as a courtesy’, so no I would not get the piece replaced.  Called store they tried to replace the broken section of the sofa.  Had one delivered, but was worst than the one I had.  Found out sofa no longer is being manufactured.  Salesperson first said I can get it replaced with another sofa, has to talk to his manager and call me back.  Never called back.  I talked to his manager, she said she would talk to the salesperson and call me back.  Never called back.  I left many phone messages and never get a return call back.
