constantly calling. called on 8/17/10 3 times in 1 hour

they constantly call everyday and more than once. i answered the phone a few times and told them not to call anymore that we were not interested. but it seems like they call even more now. how can i get these calls to stop isn't this considered harassment when i told them not to call anymore.

    Put your number on the FTC Do Not Call list, and start filing FTC complaints.  They are required to purchace Do Not Call lists, and scrub their call list of the numbers on them.

    You can also sue them under TCPA, $500 to $1500 per call.

    Have been getting calls from Bee LC a lot lately. 4 times today alone. Started about 2 weeks ago, and usually get 2 or 3 a day. Am on the Federal Do Not Call list. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC in the next few days.
