Deducting Money from my mobile

Dear Sir ,
I inform you before , when i recharge my mobily 10 SR , 4 SR deducted from my mobile daily, i am not subscribe any plan, i dont know how it is deducted.
I lost more money daily , this problem is heppened last 12 days until today,wht can i do , can i cancell mobily connection?
I dont like to use mobily in the future, because when call costumer care 1100, dosnot connected last one month.
I want to say good bye to mobily company.
