I sent for a "Free-Trial" for Instaflex for $4.99 and received it. I tried it and it was not helping me.. My accountant questioned the payment for the free-trial charge and I did received the shipment. The new charge appeared on the next month's bill without my authorization and I tried calling Instaflex at 1-877-869-3310 but can't get an answer. Today, January 7, 2012, at 9:51AM, I called again and spoke with a gentleman, who did not give his name when I asked, and told him I did not authorized any new shipment of the pills and that the pills did not help me and I want to cancel all future charges ande shipments of Instaflex. The gentleman verified my my name, address, zip code and telephone number and told me that he will cancel the shipments right away. I will appreciate it very much when I see that the cancellation is done.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
Do NOT trust any cancellation or refund promises, as such scams will say anything to delay you past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods during which your bank can just yank back their stolen money. Dispute with your bank, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
Do NOT use checking accounts, debit cards, or check cards for any payments to anyone you do not know and trust. Limit their use to payments to trusted creditors such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc. Use only credit cards for retail or online payments, as the fraud protections are stronger and it its less disruptive to block credit card numbers when fraud occurs.
