She or Rachel call me at least 2 - 3 times a week from different local numbers.  They call at home and on my cell phone.  This is harrassment.  I have blocked some of the numbers, but who knows who I'm really blocking?  Apparently not these people.

    My caller ID indicates calls from legitimate local businesses and people. If I answer, it's always Christy with her recording. Not even an option to opt out! Isn't there anything that can be done? Is this how they get around Do Not Call or is that worthless anymore?
