Deducted mortgage payment twice

Since last week I have tried to establish when I will get my money back,they finally admitted it was their fault,today (nearly a week later) they still can't tell me when I will get my money back. 'they have a backlog' which means they have done this many times over to other B of A customers. Just think what they can do with all that cash for a week!!!
Very frustrated!!
