deduction of my prepaid balance.

i recharged my airtel prepaid with 110 rs and got talktime of rs 100 and i recharged my sms pack with 61 rs... suddenly i got reduced 26 rs from my balance... can anyone help me to fix this problem....

My balance on 11/4/14 was 126 in morning suddenly at night at 10:00pm on same day it became 0 rs.
Kindly resolve the issue .
