card services continous annoying calls

I keep pressing the number they suggest to discontinue the calls.  The calls keep coming.  I then tried to talk to the solicitor to ask them to stop calling me and she hung up on me.  I get these calls 2-3 times per week.  Extremely annoying!!!!!!!!!! Is there anyway to discontinue these calls??  I am on the do not call list.
