food was horrible overcooked and crab legs cold

My husband and i went to red lobster restaurant on 6/11/2012.  We ordered calamari ultimate feast jumbo shrimp cocktail fried flounder and add a snow crab leg.  the food was overcooked and the crab legs were very small and cold.  We dined in and my husband was very frustrated as well as myself.  No one wants to go to a Red Lobster restaurant and spend 85 dollars and not be satisfied.  The waitress was very nice but the food was horrible.
