I never had a Cardmember Services account

I have received numerous calls purporting to be from Cardmember Services, threatening to close my account. I never had an account with them, so I'm not sure why they even have my number and I sure don't care if they try to close a nonexistent account.
My parents had an account with Cardmember Services, but they are both dead, my Dad in 2010 and Mom in May 2012. They left no outstanding debts on that account. They may have given my phone # to Cardmembers Svcs, as they were hard of hearing and liked me to handle phone calls. If Cardmember Services is trying to close their account, it is high time that they did. If any new charges have appeared on that account in 2012, they are illicit charges.
