bought the software here is ok for 50 $ but after reinstall i contacted the company 20 emails no answer for a new key also there listed 1800 number is not working at all

    Yeah, it takes awhile to get through and for them to contact you.  My understanding is that it's a one man operation and that person has been going through some health issues.  Not sure if they are still in business.  Last time I had communication with them it took months before they got back to me.
