I never ordered such a thing and want the charge reversed. Never heard of this but do know now it's a scam.

It's a cramming scam..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

I received a letter from Identavault about an account I was supposed to have with them. They said they closed it when I said I hadn’t authorized such a debit from my account. Beware.
