I have had two charges in my bank account from Google Commerce:  21-1-17 for £4.99 and 08-2-17 for £9.99
I have also had two charges for Google Play:  23.1.17 for 99p and 06-2-17 for £3.14
I don't know what these payments refer to and would like someone to explain it to me and refund where necessary.

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
