Washer won't spin & drain & now doesn't want to do anything...

I purchased this washer in January for 550.00 and now having all kinds of problems.I called it in on September 10th and they told me they couldn't get someone here till the 18th but finely found a local tech. He looked at it & even called technical support for help but couldn't find the problem. Now they tell me that they have to come pick it up and tear it apart to find the problem. He told me a list of things that could be wrong and called it in and they told him to still try to fix it. So now I've been without a washer for 2 wks & the way it looks its prolly going to be another 2wks. Wouldn't it be easier to just replace it with a new one instead of  me having to wait a whole month without it...Remember I spent 550.00 dollars on it but I guess as long as yall got my money for the washer already it shouldn't matter how long I'll be without one. I am very,very disappointed on terrible service on your end and from your tellers that I have talked too..I thought the customer was always right or maybe just agreeing with me on this issue and just replacing the appliance and I would've been just fine but i guess I'll just have to do without....
