I believe that my AT&T sales rep will try to "auto renew" my online yellow pages. When I push the rep to say my ad online will end when the current contract is up - she will not tell me it will end.  She says "it is according to the contract".  Well, the contract says it will "auto renew" unless you send a US Certified letter to some mysterious address listed on the website. I am not sure I know what the address is.  
Any body have the correct address for cancellation in northern California?

    Your contract should spell out what address to mail a cancellation to.

    If it refers to the website, and that provides the address, then grab a snapshot of the website, and mail a certified letter to cancel to that address.

    If you have further problems, file deceptive business practices complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
