A cold call about my computer

I didn't get the company name because I could not understand him, he spoke with a thick Indian accent. I did however realize some time into the conversation that he was telling me my computer has a virus. I asked how do you know this. he said that information is kept from him for security reasons. I said I have anti-virus software. he said that is what tells his company I have a virus. I asked him what the name of my anti-virus software was. He said that name is kept from him for security reasons. At that point I told him to put me on their do not call list...even though I've heard that that isn't as strong as it used to be. How many computer illiterate solitaire players will go for this deal? Even a small percentage of a high number of cold calls would get them a lot of money. The inventor of the telephone would be so sad if he knew how his invention is being misused.
