stainless steel refrigerator

My problem seems similar to the Whirlpool refrigerator issues.  I've had my Samsung French door refrigerator since March 15.  After 5 months, the finish is streaked and there are some spots where the SS is a darker color.  I contacted Samsung and was told that my warranty does not cover cosmetic issues.  I have only used SS cleaner on it.  I've tried four different highly recommended SS cleaners and none have helped.  I paid too much money to have a refrigerator with a defective/terrible looking finish.  What are my next steps?
