Not getting my money back.

I ordered samples of green tea pills for $4.97, was charged that on my charge card and a few months later I noticed a charge of $99.97 from the same company.  I called and the service rep said did you read the policy.  I said I didn't see it.  (The reason I didn't see it was because I didn't scroll all the way down to the bottom of the web page, I went right to the ordering part and didn't see it there).  He said if I sent the package back and called withe the package Id number, I would be reimbursed.  I called today to tell them I sent the package out a couple of weeks ago and they said they don't reimburse they can send my package back.  They were very rude on the phone today and a girl even hung up on me.  I called back again and got the same run around.  The story goes on........

    I also didn't know that i was going to be charged that much, it would'nt scroll down the page,and i have ask in a letter to (contact us) that i need to return this product and that they may keep the $4.31.

    I was also charged $97.31 for a bottle of green tea supplements from NuBodi. When I tried to phone I was continuously put on hold with a recording stating all agents are busy... I hope this company is shut down for their fradulent business.

    I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A CHARGE OF 99.97 TO MY ACCOUNT. I ORDERED 1 MONTH OF THE SUPPLEMENT AND FOUND WHEN IT CAME I WOULD BE UNABLE TO TAKE THEM WITH THE MEDICATIONS I CURRENTLY TAKE. I HAVE INSTRUCTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT BACK TO YOUR CO. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER ACTIVITY ON THAT CARD. YOU MAY CONTACT MY ATTORNEY CHARLES R PETTIGREW WITH ANY FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE.

    I was charged $99.61 on my charge card which I never authorized.I have been
    trying to reach them by phone ( 1-866-407-1028) for days and the phone is constantly busy.
    The e-mail I received said that I may cancel at anytime with no further obligations by contacting them at above phone number, which is impossible
    due to the fact the phone is always busy.

    I want this charge removed from my charge account immediately or I will have no choice but to report Body Fit Pro and Nubodi to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.  Please e-mail be back josephine2769@netscape.com as soon as possible and advise me want is going to be done about this matter.

    Same story as all of you...I ordered and never received and also keep being billed,I am going to contact my cc company to put a block against them,being that there is no way to reach nubody the scamers that they are.MCF

    My card was charged $3.95 for samples which I never received. Then 10 days later my credit card was charged $87.31 I notified my card company and will not pay for what was charged and am cancelling any future orders. I will cancell my card if need be.

    i am having the same problem as everyone else...the number is busy all the time...this is a SCAM.....I am contacting my credit card company to stop this NOW...

    I am having the same problem as everyone else. Been trying to call since 9am this morning, always busy, when it does go through an answering machine says to call back later because they have a large amount of calls. I got through on 1/21 and was assured that I would no longer be charged or recieve any shipments from that point on, and yes you guessed it, they billed my debit card $87.31 on 1/23 qnd I recieved a shipment on 1/26. I called my bank and canceled my debit card and sent the shipment back to them today.

    I join the ranks of the scammed...  My story goes back to July 2007 though.  Same story as so many of you:  Ordered the "free sample", just paid shipping.  I knew I had to call within 2 weeks to stop the automatic billing, but I procrastinated and did not.  I did call however, after recieved the next shipment and asked for the procedure on getting a refund.  Instructions were to send back the product, in a trackable manner, then call in, give the tracking number and I would be refunded.  Well, it's almost 7 months and over TWENTY calls later, and still no refund.  It's been too long for my bank to help, and now I can't even get through to anyone at BodyFitPro.  Every single call was the SAME EXACT STORY "I'm sorry for the inconvenience ma'am, but the last person you talked to didn't authorize the refund properly, so it didn't get processed.  I'll authorize it now, and you should see your refund in approximately two weeks."  I swear, I think that's a scripted line!  Anyway, for anyone out there trying to contact these folks, quit wasting your time, and just request a chargeback with your credit card company or bank.  Also, jump on the BBB bandwagon and report these guys.  maybe someone will end up filing a class action law suit...

    Same thing,different day ! Thank goodness for THIS web site or they would be getting me for more than $3.95. I canceled my card in time. I tried calling for three days and got no one. I got suspecious after eight days and no sample product, thats when I started investagating.

    I didn't even order anything and my account was charged $89.31. I don't understand what happened. I can't get any one to answer the phone. I need my refund. I have bills to pay.

    Me too but they said they would credit.  Cause a 221.00 overdraft on my account.  We should all call them at 801-208-7485 until we get our money back.  How can we keep others from having the same problem.  Don't answer that free trainl colon cure email.  You can get the same product from Natural Herbs called Triphala.

    just talked to them, said i did not cancel in the right amount of time, so i am out 89.31. i was mad. what else can we do?how can u cancel if u did not know u were getting a product in the mail till it was too late to cancel?

    I just ordered this colon cleanse, and THEN started researching....OH MY GOD. I called the company....spoke with a gentleman, who appeared to be abrubt at first, but then settled down. He said that I can not cancel until Monday. The system needs 4 hours before a cancellation can be made. I will call back on Monday. Boy, do I hope this isn't as painful for me as it has been for everyone else! I advised him about these negative blogs, he stated it's because no one reads the "Terms" and then tries to cancel after the 14 day period, they will not refund if the customer failed in their responsibility. ugh. We will see!

    Same thing...I ordered the sample packet, and I read the terms of conditions and there were no listings of future charges, b/c I would have canceled at that moment.... my card was charged $89.31 a couple of weeks later I have attempt to reach them several times at 801-208-7485.  Placed on hold and no one never picked up.... I will file a complaint with the BBB...as everyone else should..Hopefully this will prompt them to look into this matter and shut them DOWN!
