Funds taken out of my checking account without my authorization

This is the second month funds have been taken out of my checking account from SFSINC/WEBPAYMENT; (November and December 2013) I have know idea who or what this is. Need to know how I can get my money back or contact someone from SFSINC/WEBPAYMENT.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft. They can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
