A & E  is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in regards to repairs.  My ice maker wasn't working and they have been out 4 times and it's still not working.  In addition, they schedule a time period  to come, and then do not show up.  When you call to get results, they put you on hold for up to 30 minutes.  I would never recommend this company for repairs.
