Charged my credit card 310.69

They charged my credit card 310.69 on July 2  2013 when I called them they  said it was not  showing on my account I then called my credit card company  and  filed a dispute against them  my  credit card company is supposed to take the charge off my account within 48 hours but I want people to know that when you give them your credit card # they can use it  and bill you credit card when they want to but I have always paid my bill on time and I know there were no cancellation fees because I am still watching it until my contract is up I think we should not have to give a credit or debit card # to watch T.V .It is over rated and way too expensive
