They are harassing me!!

They have been calling me for 2 or 3 years. Usually one or twice per month. Everytime I ask them to take me off the list they say, "I can't do that ma'am" and continue with their pitch. I've yelled at them and hung up. Sometimes they call right back. They call from different numbers every time so I always pick up. How can I get rid of them???
