Been receiving various calls from some company using Level 3 Communications ph#s listed below

4156836147 CID: 14156836147
These robocalls are trying to confirm if some person named Richard Alfie resides at that listed ph#.. then we are prompted to press 1 if yes, or 2 if no and to stop calling us... I pressed 2 and it did not work the message just kept repeating itself... I have little faith this will actually work as i doubt this call is legitimate..
