Damaged vehicle

On 5/29/13 the direct tv installer came to my home and did a new install. This installer chose to enter my backyard where my new vehicle was parked. My new vehicle was scratched in three places and the installer denies doing the damage. This vehicle was parked in my driveway and was not moved until the next day when I came out my home to go to work. At this time I saw the scratches on my vehicle. I called the installer three times and he never returned my call. I contacted damage claims and submitted two estimates and pictures. I even found materials he he used for the under my vehicle. The installer gave damage claims his statement saying the vehicle was moved before the install started and they denied my claim. This guy lied to cover his ass. I told them this was a lie and the damage claims rep said my vehicle could have be scratched at Walmart. I guess this was her way of calling me a liar in a nice way. I was told she would not take any more of my calls and her decision was final. I have not recieved any customer courtesy and dont like being called a liar. So direct tv, I will see you in court.
