FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND FALSE ADVERTISING

American Home Shield forced my 84 year old mother to be without air conditioning, in Florida, for four days this past July. In addition, we now understand that the warranty purchased with the sale of the villa she bought, is wrought with breaches of contract and fraudulent promises. This company is making exorbitant profits on the broken backs of their customers and employees! Companies like American Shield are hurting our nation by placing money above ethics...it is no wonder there is an uprising among the middle class sans race!!! This company COULD transform their operations to be a shining light in a dark, dark industry, but Mr. Crawford and other administrators will need to make some personal sacrifices in order to earn a degree of integrity! A modicum of ethical revision would place American Shield on the right path to helping heal our nation!!! It is unethical to offer a product with the intention of frustrating customers by falsely denying justified, legal claims.
I am contacting the Federal Government's division for compliance and too, letting the offices of the State Attorney General in Florida and North Carolina know of the illegal and unethical practices of Mr. Crawford and American Home Shield! Customers and employees deserve much, much better!!!
