Fruadelent over billing

I signed up for an I phone 4 in feb of 2012 with Rogers wireless. It's been an absolute nightmare. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company. They run a very blatant and outright con. My original bill was just over $60 when I signed up. The representative garunteed that I would not be able to go over my data plan as it was more then I would ever need. The next few months I received bills for around $75-$80 which I paid without question, assuming I had simply overused a feature. Then came the months I went treeplanting. I would receive bills higher then $80 for a phone I barely used and could not use as I was not within service distance. After calling a customer service rep it was explained that I was being charged long distance for the four calls I made a month. So I paid the bills without dispute. Then October came. I had recently moved to Vancouver to start college. I received a bill from Rogers for an amount exceeding $400. The bill was sent in parts. The first I was told was for the month of sept for $150. They cut my phone off despite that fact I had not reached my $300 credit limit. My boss could not get ahold of me and being that I work on call I lost work. I called I rep and paid the outrageous bill and changed my plan to include features I had exceeded. I was also told theyre we're charges that had not been processed that I would have to pay in a few days. A few days later my phone was disconnected again. For outstanding charges mostly due to long distance calling, partially because one of my my10 numbers had been typed in incorrectly as well as long distance charges tacked on top of local calling fees. I presumed to call the service department immeadiently as I was losing work. I requested to be directed to a manager and was instead given the run around of ending up in all the wrong departments. I also requested copies of the bill which they could not supply. I then tried going in person to a rogers store where I was told they could do nothing for me. So again I called the customer service and reached a helpful rep who fixed the my10 typo and lowered my bill by $30 and changed my phone number to a local one on the pretense that it would be more affordable. Its been less then a month since I paid the outrageous bill and I have received a text stating my balance owed is $223. Let me be clear; this is for less than a months usage on a bill that clearly states I have not exceeded any usage. So what is this fee? A service charge. For changing my number mid month rather than the end. I'm very sure it's not legal to charge customers for made up services when ever they please. It's robbery. I've spent most of my tuition money on a phone and I'm locked into a three year contract and I'm ready to take legal action for the overbilling, loss of work due to my phone being disconnected and undue stress. Ive had nothing but difficultly through the customer service lines and I feel like I'm being ripped off and scamed.
