We were also scammed by Royal Holiday Club. We have sent letter to the BBB, the attorney general and the FTC. It is important to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The more complaints they receive, the closer we are to getting an investigation launched and putting Royal Holiday Club and it's affiliates out of business. We need to bombard FTC with complaints about Royal Holiday being a SCAM. BBB can only give them an F rating, which they are. FTC will begin to investigate. Please if you have not done so already FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

I have submitted a lot of complaints about so called RHC in complaints board. But shortly... for me RHC is not a scam itself (sort of) but whats behind it is a scam (at least to me). What RHC is all about... how they sell those memberships and what its based on. The foundation. How its circulated. 'They' have made it very complicated... and I dont believe its legal at all - the 'circulation'

Im a victim of 'RHC'... or should I say IFG... or Holiday Clubs limited... or Bahamas Vacations Int... or... (?). All of those dont even exist to me anymore.

Sorry to say this loud but for me its a scam lead by IFG... or an employee inside of IFG.

        Hi!

I never got my money back. I even never used any accomodation or service. I only talk about a crime in my case because they put me out of the payment system not me, and instead returning my money just kept it.

Of cource I have been so pissed off  because  what IFG did in my case also. One scammer after another....

Id appreciate also any help from such people who got their money back, but I have my doubts that they cant help us if they did. They propably had to sign 'a silence contract' as a release if Im right. Thats why its so hard to find such people. And besides I dont believe theres many of those anyway.

Must add this. Somehow Im not even pissed off, I dont understand it. Its not about money. I know that they robbed me. I lost a big money so far, but they lost their reputation in my eyes. IFG lost its reputation and means a scam to me. Im aware that its almost impossible for me to fight IFG. And as an european hard to sue RHC as well... well propably would work in Switzerland. Need to talk to some lawyer and ask a piece of an advice... again. They only dont seem to understand these things so well here - its international/global issue. Should find more international lawyer to help me in case its possible to sue RHC switzerland f.e. or Isle of Man.

So for me this is not about the money. Its about men robbing women in my case. Wealthier countries abusing poor countries.

Sorry some conflicts in my own threads.... hard to explain. For me Europe means a backdoor sort of out of our contracts - the possibility, because RHC is known as european, should be also according information I found (Isle of Man), but its not under EU. So for me its about searching information and to understand system also financial groups circulate. Its about real estate business related to holiday club business etc. All the business scenarios related to this.

I might be wrong here, but what I try to tell you guys also is that Im a key to you as european (i do believe so somehow), but I need you guys. I think I do. Its too big for me to take it forward alone.

Are you canadian Peggy? How about other canadian members/victims? Could we f.e join together  in EU?  Is anyone willing to do something about RHC here?

Still agree with my earlier replies, doenst matter how ridiculous they might look like. First Names Group, Isle on Man is the owner of RHC according to IFG... and First Names Group is former IFG... something.. which IFG Group sold to Ana Cap. So, RHC is british... also a swiss company. Hope this will be investigated - IFG/First Names Group/First National Trustee Company... and FNTC is part of First Names Group (I was told as well by IFG). For me they circulate a fraud.

    Royal Holiday Timeshare Scam
I attended a timeshare presentation. I gave them a down payment  in the amount of $3000. I was told it was a resale and as such, I had no right to cancel within the 5 day grace period they normally allow. They asked me to sign a waiver form in which I did foolishly. They didn't give me a copy of the waiver form with the contract they gave me. I expressed my buyers remorse with them and ask if I could receive my money back only to get a "sorry you signed the waiver form." This ruined my experience in Mexico and I have been sick to my stomach and haven't slept ever since. My biggest concern in this matter is my credit. I don't want to give them another penny yet if I don't they'll ruin my credit! We should so something against those crooks.

Here is another big surprise waiting for many Royal Holiday Timeshare buyers. The annuity you were promised will have been cancelled for some minor infraction. We were able to prove they had mistakenly cancelled our annuity, but so far cannot get it reinstated. This is a good article on how to cancel a timeshare on royal holiday:
