FREE TRIAL.... just pay shipping and handling. Then suddenly I get a unauthorized charge for 89.31 to my account I did not order any thing from this company. This is a scam the Call center is in salt lake utah but no one can give out any information. The product ships from 4650 Sw 51st ste 711

If they have a Florida nexis, then file a dispute with the Florida Attorney General. Unlike many Attorneys General, their website lists even unresolved "economic crime" cases to help protect consumers.

If you ordered Acai Berry 500, I got through fine. HOWEVER, you will need to also call the CANCEL the FIT program and the PRICE LIMBO program. When you get this product you are automatically entered into this agreement. If you do not CANCELL you WILL be charged after the trail period of 7 days.

Long story short i have received my refund today 9 Dec 08.
I will file an official complaint with my cc company. I did send them an email not to accept any charges from this company, but apparently they can't work that way. I can dispute a charge on my account so with my previous cancellation emails, I feel like that should be clear.
Each time they send it is more $$$, this time it is up to $95.
I filed a complaint with the credit card and this card it used only for web shopping for vendors that I do not know.
